The advanced production lines use automation, Lean/Six Sigma quality controls, and in-house labs to hit the highest standards in the industy. American Manufacturing: We manufacture through Shaw’s facilities, including our Dalton, GA plant. Shaw’s technology investments ensure fiber uniformity and premium quality.

We test in a 13,000 sq. ft. indoor facility and 18,000 sq. ft. of outdoor test sites to mimic extended real-world conditions. Blades are tested for colorfastness, durability, and ball/athlete interactions, so your turf remains natural-looking and durable over time.
